Melissa was very responsive! She helped book last minute travel back to the airport for us. Any minor issues we faced she was prompt with a solution ( alot was user error lol) her place was really clean and stocked with the essentials. The plunge pool was also really clean. This Airbnb is less than a 5 minute drive (maybe a 10-15 walk) to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The neighborhood is well guarded with 24/7 armed security so it felt super safe. Would definitely book again

This property is out of this world… our favourite place we stayed in all of Costa Rica! Condo was incredible with a terrace of dreams as everything on it you could need. The infinity pools were glorious - huge (one right next to condo and on another level there was a whole complex of pools and gym etc) not crowded so felt like your own private time there - very peaceful. Parrots would fly over whilst sunbathing. Views for miles, amazing sunsets! Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

We love Los Suenos and Colina is beautiful neighborhood. Condo was spacious and close to both pools as well as short ride to beach club and marina. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

This place was amazing—honestly even better than the pictures. I rented it mainly for the view, and it absolutely delivered. The stylish outdoor furniture made it the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The community pool was just steps from the unit and was excellent, mostly uncrowded during our stay. The beach club within the community was a real standout, with a huge heated pool and a restaurant offering good food and friendly, attentive servers. One small note: the drinks were quite weak and expensive, so keep that in mind. For dining outside the resort, I highly recommend Peppers Grill just outside the Los Sueños entrance, and I also really enjoyed Cocos at the local beach. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place I’d happily return to.

This place was absolutely amazing. The balcony door opened up to give you indoor/outdoor living. There is an ocean view but there are trees that obstruct the view. Melissa’s place had everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, small table) at your fingertips. The beach is a 5 min walk or 1 min drive. Pool was beautiful. There are only 2 lounge chairs available and the pool deepest depth is 5 feet. All things Jaco were mins away (restaurants, stores, clubs). Felt very safe throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Reverse para pasar unos días de descanso con mi madre y mi suegra, ambas adultas mayores quienes se sintieron como en casa. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, las camas deliciosas , los atardecer son espectaculares desde el balcón. Sin duda alguna volveremos a rentar.

Melissa’s place was a true gem! It was pristine, private, and easy to check-in. We loved the outdoor balcony and view. Melissa was so kind and responsive whenever we had any questions as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
